McKeel Development started in 2015, in Durham, North Carolina. Zach McKeel, owner of McKeel Development, has deep roots in the town of Durham, where his family has been a part of the community going back 50+ years. Zach grew up working in and for the family business in property management, then received a B.S. from Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
Milton Road Development
The 1801 parcel on Milton Road was an old 17 acre wooded lot located in Northern Durham, NC. It was subdivided into 6 parcels ranging between 2.3 acres and 3.8 acres. We are pleased to share that there were three speculative homes sold, two pre-sold homes completed, and the last available lot on Milton Rd is currently pending.
