McKeel Development started in 2015, in Durham, North Carolina. Zach McKeel, owner of McKeel Development, has deep roots in the town of Durham, where his family has been a part of the community going back 50+ years. Zach grew up working in and for the family business in property management, then received a B.S. from Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
Zach places a high priority on family. And this is important because he is wired to approach your project with your family in mind. Your situation and your needs are unique, and understanding that helps McKeel Development provide a better service. And now more than ever, the home needs to be so many things: an office, a gym, a safe and comfortable place for your family to eat, hangout, sleep, host. It is our desire and our responsibility to build our homes (or your home) in a way that meets all of those needs.
One of our main objectives at McKeel Development is to build a lasting relationship with our clients. We believe that this is important in life, and therefore is important in work. Zach is purposed to build homes for family, close friends, neighbors, and friends of friends in a way that strengthens those relationships. And to the people we meet as strangers before building, we seek to develop a friendship that lasts for years to come.
